Entrepreneur, designer, and the creative force behind Blue Haven’s brand and vision. She built a thriving business across two markets and shapes how the firm shows up to the founders, brokers, and investors it works with. Loving wife and mother.

Kerigan embeds directly inside our portfolio companies — driving sales efforts, sharpening day-to-day operations, and rolling up her sleeves wherever a business needs traction. Her mandate spans every part of the operation, from the front line to the back office.
Advises Blue Haven on people, culture, and talent across the portfolio. Through his firm, Talent HRizon, Deane brings 25 years of talent and HR leadership to the org structure, hiring strategy, compensation, and retention that turn newly acquired companies into durable, well-run businesses.
